I have always been drawn to the outdoors: wide open spaces, wild land, and the quiet moments found in the mountains or amongst the African bush. Ever Wilde is an extension of that love. Each scent is inspired by places that leave a mark; the kind you carry with you long after you’ve left. Moments captured through fragrance, designed to be revisited again and again.

In a world that moves quickly and produces endlessly, I wanted to create pieces with that feel considered. Candles that are not simply lit and forgotten, but chosen, gifted, and kept. Objects that hold memory, evoke feeling, and bring a sense of calm luxury into everyday life.

South Africa is woven into the soul of Ever Wilde; its landscapes, textures, and stories. Through our candles and gifting collections, I hope to honour that beauty and share it in a way that feels refined, authentic, and enduring.

Each candle is thoughtfully composed using natural ingredients and layered fragrances designed to unfold slowly. Our pieces are designed to feel collected, not consumed. Luxurious without excess, refined yet deeply emotive, each piece carries the quiet assurance of something made to last. Ever Wilde is for those who value gifts that tell a story simply by existing. Made in small batches, every piece is created with intention, from formulation to final finish.

BUNDUBASH COLLECTION

To "bundubash" means to force one’s way through rough and difficult terrain; to go out into the wilds. It is a term I used as a young girl living in Africa, and it is where my inspiration and this collection finds its origin.

The Bundubash Collection is our ode to Africa. Deeply inspired by the African landscape. 

Each Bundubash candle features hand-drawn illustrations, created to honour the spirit of Africa and the stories found within its wild spaces. Together, scent and illustration form a sensory experience that is distinctly African. Every candle is hand poured using natural essential oils and soy wax, then carefully wrapped in tissue paper and housed in its own card casing. A small gift from Africa with big notes of nostalgia.
